My story
Modelling taught me to listen to my body. During my time working in Milan, I became a certified nutritionist, and my fascination grew: how the right nutrition helps you feel your best, and how what we eat influences our physical and mental health.
That curiosity led me to female health, and to my own experience of it. I discovered how little is understood, and how often women are not taken seriously when something is wrong.
